Submission and manuscript guideline

  1. a) Authors’ Guideline
  1. The submitted manuscripts for publication must be the original work of the author(s),
  2. It is unscrupulous to submit a manuscript to more than one journal house at the same time,
  3. Only unpublished manuscripts should be submitted for publication,
  4. Any conflict of interest must be clearly stated;
  5. Author (s) will be liable for all errors not corrected after the final gallery proof has been sent back to the Editors for publication.
  6. Title of the study must be concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
  7. Abstract should be concise and factual and should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. It should not be more than two hundred and fifty (250) words.
  8. They should be a maximum of 6 keywords.
  9. Submit mathematics equations as editable text and not as images.
  10. Tables should be submitted as an editable text and not as image.
  11. APA referencing style 6th edition should be used for citation.
  12. All corresponding authors must be listed after the first author.
  13. Authors MUST ensure that submitted manuscript is plagiarism free.

 

  1. b) Reviewers’ Instruction
  1. This journal uses double anonymized review, which means the identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.
  2. When there is conflict of interest, it must be reported to the Editor for prompt action,
  3. All information relating to the manuscript must not be divulged to a third party.
  1. c) Editors’ Instruction
  • All manuscripts are evaluated in fairness based on the intellectual content of the paper regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, citizenry nor political values of authors,
  • Information pertaining to manuscripts MUST be kept classified,
  • Any observed conflict of interest relating to the submitted manuscripts MUST be revealed,
  • Editorial Board takes responsibility for making publication decisions for submitted manuscripts based on the reviewer’s appraisal of the manuscript, policies of the journal editorial board such as plagiarism, libel and copyright infringement.

d)         Review and decision process

Each submission is checked by the journal editor during which they may choose to accept or decline your manuscript if the manuscript does not fit the journal aims and scope or if the manuscript is of low academic quality. If the manuscript is suitable for the publication, the Editor will send it to at least two independent reviewers for double blind peer review.  Once these reviewers have provided their feedback. Based on the reviewer’s recommendation, the Editor may decide to accept your manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or decline your manuscript altogether. The Editor’s decision will be communicated to the author via email.
